Daggers lose another player as they set off today.......

Striker Corey Whitely has today signed for Ebbsfleet United for an undisclosed fee........the fire sale goes on unabated and it might mean they don't need to respond to United's bid for Elliott Romain!

Either way tomororw we should have high hopes, Dagenham really are in a mess! We should be confident we can win this, with or without Romain.

Now Michael Cheek reportedly joined Sutton, if that’s the case do they even have any strikers?

Surely, if they're going to sell Romain, it will be on Monday morning. There's no benefit to them to sell him now, given that he's already with us until the end of the season and can't play against them tomorrow.

I don't know where you've heard that but Sutton have just landed Byron Harrison from Barrow this evening and although it was being said in the week that Cheek had played his last game for the Daggers and that Ebbsfleet had made an unsuccessful bid for him; as far as I know he remains a Dagger tonight.

Having been turned down for Cheek and Fejiri Okenabirhie; Ebbsfleet eventually signed another of Dagenham's strikers; Corey Whiteley this morning.

With the Victoria Road fire sale going on as it is; I doubt John Still can be really sure of his team until three o'clock tomorrow!

According to sources Michael Cheek turned Sutton down last week, lives in Colchester and does not want the commute; not to mention they are a part-time club whilst he is a full-time professional.

Unless I have missed something, seeing as there has been no further news on the Romain signing, I guess we’ll be seeing a Williams/Reid partnership later? If that’s the case, Reidy needs to stand up and be counted today!

Jakub straight in for Gowling, and the rest as it was last week?

Obviously the next 3 games all being at home will define our fait. 6 or 7 points from those will give everyone hope. Points at home are crucial and today is the obvious must win given Dagenhams current problems. I'm going for 2-0, Young and Williams. Crowd 1785.
The 2 games following are much more difficult so today is the key. Let's all get behind the boys; Yellow Army!!!

Surely not three wins in a row? Hoping for a 3-0 win, with Brett Williams filling the onion bag. Will settle for a hugely deflected winner if it nets three points.

Reid starting over Keating. Not sure why Owers has so much faith in him.
