Joining forces with truro ?

Post by westyorkshiregull »

Not one for starting threads , been thinking about this Pete masters and his possible link with us. Is this a possible scenario ~

But if truro get promoted and we get relegated , that means we would end up one division below them in the wonderful english pyramid system
Truro from what i understand are having this ground issue and there has been talk of a sharing plainmoor ??
Truro is not exactly well supported by numbers

Would it be possible to join truro and torquay together to form one club. Would they end up playing in the national league , national south or neither ?

Not one for one moment saying I would like this , but Pete masters I'm sure is lurking and is this possible ??

Yes, from their name, we’ll use the words ‘Football Club’ and from our name we’ll use the words, Torquay United.

Well the Pete masters connection hasn't popped up for a bit. Only thing I couldn't thing has not been discussed. It's happened before , remember Mario Walsh ? Well he played for Redbridge forest and they joined with Dagenham on 1992 and started in the GM vauxhall conference !!!

I'M NOT SAYING IT'S RIGHT AND IT BE LIKE SHARING YOUR WIFE WITH YOUR COUSIN

But is it possible I'm asking ????

Oh please, it’ll never happen😨I think the cold weather has caused you some damage, with thoughts like that I hope it’s temporary!

Join forces with Truro? .... two words... the second one's 'off'

I cannot believe anyone would even think about it, let alone post it!
