Sorry , but what I’ve seen of us recently at Plainmoor has been mediocre to nigh on utter shite !
Away from home I can’t comment on our performances other than the points record under OWERS and kuhl.
Is it 17 games and 17 points or something like that.
Sliding into the abyss I’m afraid.

Last 3 league home games:
Torquay 3 - 0 Leyton Orient - Battered them
Torquay 0 - 0 Aldershot - We dominated
Torquay 1 - 1 Gateshead - Not best game but battled and got a late equaliser

I disagree with your summary that it's been between mediocre and shite.

Away from home we have not been that good at all since the brilliant Sutton performance.

We may have dominated in th Aldershot game but we are at home and should expect to do that in most games .
It further suggests that we were in some way unlucky in not winnng the game.
You haven’t mentioned the Maidstone 4 nil hammering we took at home in the trophy. That game given our predicament was every bit as important to us purely to somehow build some form and confidence.

We weren’t great against Gateshead and we were lucky with the 90th minute equaliser.

We were expected to dominate when playing the top of the table team?! I suggest you have a screw loose mate.

As for Maidstone, I didnt include because most of us couldn't care less about a cup game right now.

My point still stands that we were better than you are giving credit for.

Yesterday was the first time under this management ~ I've watched the games at Dagenham, Aldershot in the cup, Ebbsfleet and Sutton ~ that they had reverted to the appearance and dispirit of playing under Nicholson and then Herrera. It was truly shocking yesterday, and utterly depressing to witness.

You can dress things up anyway you like but the fact remains that after 27 games the league table tells you we are only ( marginally) better than one other team.

My thoughts exactly. I've been to 4 games this season - Aldershot away under Nico, then Dagenham, Ebbsfleet and yesterday under Owers. Yesterday's "performance" was far more akin to the Aldershot game than the others.

Normally I make an effort to name 5 players on the MOTM thread regardless of result/performance. Yesterday is the first time that I'm really unable to say anything positive about anybody's performance

Oh dear I clearly have a screw loose as you say .I was talking about the aldershot game bit o guess you aren’t going me for seeing the bleeding obvious mate.
Read some of the other posters on here find how many are raving about us.
At that point you should hopefullyrealise that it’s you when has the screw loose .
Tommorow I think is going to be the last game for some of our squad so it will be interesting to see what we get from them .

Mcginty stood out above the rest of our team, so is my only nomination for MOTM.
