Notice is hereby given that Torbay Council intends to dispose of land, by way of a lease, at the above location, comprising approximately 7.38ha. The land relates principally to the site of the existing ‘Velopark’ and All Weather Sports Pitch Area at the above location. The land is more particularly marked hatched red on plan reference EM2970 annexed to this notice. A copy of this notice and accompanying plan may be viewed at Torbay Council Connection, Paignton Library and Information Centre and on the Council website. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Paul Palmer, TDA, Tor Hill House, Union St, Torquay TQ2 5QW by no later than 31st August 2017.

That's not he point..........the thread was opened by someone for discussion based on the notice posted. Whatever their interpretation; they are entitled to do that without some bigot coming on and ordering he thread be closed. This a forum; not a unilateral one sided shouting match.

Yes; when they act in such an ignorant manner as to call for the closing of a thread because that is showing complete ignorance of what a forum is........

A place of assembly for people to debate; a designated space for public expression and as an Internet forum; a vehicle for discussion. How dare one individual call for a censorship of any exchange of views; it goes against all the principles of democracy and free speech.
