I suspect its quite straightforward. At this stage wage levels would be very different. Seems odd because I still think of Rochdale as the struggling Pennine side they once were.

Tongue in cheek, MellowYellow ..... but i understand that Joe Hart is still looking for a club ?? ;-) Anyway, water under the bridge now. He's gone, and like others, I wish him good luck at Rochdale, a club that used to be on a par with us but is properly run and has progressed whereas, sadly, we have degressed as a result of years of mismanagement at Board Room level.
