Only a stupid cahunt puts their head through a noose.

What happens when it snags? What happens when it's yanked?

When it happens, the fat laddie swings.

Its just dawned on me that we used to have a minister in the cabinet who was responsible (there's a contradiction) for local government and was meant to see that it towed the line and the public was consulted where nec. That minister was once Eric Pickles. who was his replacement. He is meant to be the balance to councils overstepping the mark and there also should be an ombudsman to oversee local government too. can someone see if there is an email or other way of contacting them. if we can get them involved. and they see something amiss. they can bring in the decision and halt it while it is investigated, it can then possibly get national news coverage.
