Leroy Rosenior

Post by portugull »

I have just read in the Telegraph that Leroy has had a book published title " It's Only Banter".

The book is about his career in pro football and the severe racial abuse he suffered as a footballer.

It covers his time as Manager at Torquay United.

If anyone is interested, which I am sure many will be, it can be obtained from books.telegraph.co.uk

It's available on Amazon. My copy arrived yesterday. Surprisingly, the bit on his first spell, including the promotion season, is fairly brief - roughly ten short pages (with big font) long and the 10 minute reign, just a page and a half.

Kind of regretting buying it. Left Foot in the Grave it's not. If you are interested in the bit for TUFC, then I wouldn't bother.

Thanks Hector. It sounds like the publicity Leroy attracted for his 10 minutes as TUFC Manager is what got him the job in TV.
