A businessman and a slippery character from Torbay who apparently established Torquay United Fans Limited with Shaun and Keira Roberts last year, the former board members. Seems like this partnership collapsed in the summer and Mr Authers tried to ingratiate himself with TUST. He posted about all of his plans on TFF, they were met with derision from the posters there.
