Previous clubs Morecambe, Accrington, Huddersfield, Fleetwood I believe (with an ill-fated spell at Swansea thrown in the middle somewhere). Bit of a pattern there! Would be nice though, good player

Holroyd's a good player! Not exactly what we're looking for, but i'd certainly take him if Benyon goes.

Not what we're looking for? Bagged plenty for Stevenage, seems to be able to find the onion bag at this level.

Marshall was lightning quick aswell, could both be decent signings, if they happen!

Rownan Ricketts ex spurs and wolves player is currently without a club - listened to him on an interview earlier today, he was looking for a championship club but gave indication he would play at league 2 if it meant he could get games. Was this guy not a decent player when at Spurs? he's currently only 28

BBC Sport's David Dulin reports: "As if the blow of losing manager Dean Holdsworth to Aldershot wasn't big enough for Newport County fans, things have just got worse as top scorer Craig Reid has left for League Two side Stevenage. The deal is a "club record" for Stevenage - but undisclosed - includes strike duo Charlie Griffin and Yemi Obubade going in the opposite direction."
