Kids for a Quid

Post by PlainmoorRoar »

Following from the Miserable crowd figures topic i thought this deserevd its own, so that people saw it

In Yesterdays programme the follow was said

Kids for a quid - Up to two children (U16) per full paying adult can gain entry into Plainmoor for £1 each, which could save £10

12 for 10 - New idea, mainly for bigger groups and business, Purchase 10 adult tickets in advance and recieve 2 extra tickets free

These start with the home game against Barnet

Both needed as we cant keep going on figures such as yesterday!

Seems the board have finally been listening to the fans. No excuses for poor home support now. come on people get through the gates.

I believe it is in force for the remainder of the season, doogull. :)

I have a feeling that the kids for a quid was only for that game, but the other pricing was for the rest of the season...while I'm waiting for the RAC I'll investigate.... <I hate this flaming weather and I'm fed up smilie> :-|

Aha, just as I thought, Mr Roar... http://www.torquayunited.com/page/News/ ... 66,00.html

cant see the 12 for 10 being very popular? its only saving less than £2 each so hardly a great deal!! i would have real trouble persuading 11 of my mates to come along even at a tenner a pop

i imagine they'll prob only do 3 of this deal all season??
still keeping the faith
