I personally think the only way you'll get any sort of atmosphere at Plainmoor is to open up the away end for home fans, and move the away fans to stand at the far end of the popside right by the away end. We showed at Histon in the Play Offs Semi Final that we could make a lot of noise in that end, more so than we can ever do in the popside. Also with the Torquay "choir" being nearer the away fans there will be a lot more banter / singing going on. Maybe once the new grandstand is built the club might raise the question with fans to see if they would be willing to move.

Awayday is right. Yes, get the youths and the drum out of the pop. side and leave it to us old codgers - you know it makes sense!

Stop banging on about the drum, its not that bad, and plus - it helps to create an atmosphere.

But seriously, i'd be all for moving into the away end - and giving the away fans half the pop. For the reasons stated above by awayday. Hope the club considers it.
