Just so you do not have a wasted trip the Pump room is now closed. If you would like another pub near the station i would recommend The Ring o Bells. Just turn right out of the railway station and it is approx 100 yards on the left. It's my first port of call when I arrive from Liverpool.
cheers for that mate ill let him know....

......or maybe ill not bother and let him cry when he gets off the train!!!

the usual hearts in mouths 2-1 victory for me!

COYY!
Good record here. I first went there in late 80's on a very cold Friday night, Paul hall scored for a 1-0 win. In fact my only defeat there was around 1999 season on a Tuesday night we lost 2-0, with some Rotherham prick getting kicked out of the away end threatening to stab us all. ( which is now the home end). Very optimistic for tomorrow.

Of the 17 available, 6 are loanees, meaning one must miss out from the matchday squad. I'd bin McQuoid tomorrow as he was hopeless at Aldershot. I don't think Owers will opt for either my formation or personnel and think Lee will miss out of the 6 loanees. I think we'll get a point. All three with my selection. ;-)

Don't get this love affair with Lee, he's average at best and I think Higgins is equally on par; crap defending but good going forward. I imagine the fans singing his praises are the same fans still calling for Nicholson. Mcquoid although not looking great recently, if played up top can do damage to teams

I quite like the three centre backs and wing backs but not sure Owers does. We will see
Its time McQuoid started producing, after a bright start he has been a disappointment
For a player with over 200 league one and two games and 34 in the Championship under his belt he has
not contributed a lot.Only 27 but seems to have fallen quickly, should be at his peak now
Its sad that people dont support the local boy Reid, agree he hasnt been great with finishing and final ball
but he is not far away and works his socks off

Yep, I’ll be trekking up from South Yorkshire.

Will take a rubbish game if we scrape a win...

Making a short journey across West Yorkshire for this one. Expecting a routine 1-0 or 2-0 defeat with us showing fight but next to no goal threat.

I am ever the optimist and I think Gary Owers and Martin Kuhl have been working very hard on the training pitch to instil more discipline and fight in the players.
I predict a narrow 1-0 win for United with Dowling to score.
