After all the negative and depressing months being a Torquay supporter, Tuesday nights emphatic win has raised our spirits. The 2 major positives in my opinion is the performances have been raised since owers took over the reign. And secondly the gap to safety is only 5 points which highlights the league is poor. I'm glad we have Dover this Saturday as it will give us a good indication of what this team is made of. I'm going 2-1 Torquay.

Despite the euphoria, I feel a defeat on the cards. Thus:

TUFC (1) 1
Dover Athletic (1) 3

Att: 2009.

I am going for a high scoring draw this week, while maybe not what we need in terms of points to not lose to one of the early league leaders and build on Tuesday would be good

TUFC (1) 3
Dover Athletic (2) 3

btw Wivel may well be seeing the mighty Whitby at Warrington Town tomorrow, what do you think that one holds in store?

Hopefully with Gowling in the side we wont concede 3 - we have conceded 3 goals in the 6 games he has played
compared with 23 in the 8 games he missed - terrific player
Cant see Clarke getting his place back unless Dorels form drops off

Torquay United (3) 6, Dover Athletic (0) 3. Attendance 1978.

Sadly I have a ticket for the Egg Chasing at Sandy Park so will miss this goal feast! ;-)

I stroked the wrong key. My prediction is for Gowling to score.
