Looking at the matches to come this one takes on the mantle of a 'must win' game if we are to keep in reasonable contact with safety. However, I think it will be another draw, 1-1 (Keating), att 1,490

A week of proper training and tactics plus two new additions against side a stuffed 4-1 at home yesterday surely means the prospects of a first win of the season are good.

There are a lot of issues with players, and collective team performances that need addressing, personally still think there is a fitness issue in there still, as well as some players being pressed into action with knocks, all of this isn't going to sorted in a week.

Having said that, we know, our team has to start winning games, hopefully starting Saturday, and how these wins come, never mind how ugly or lucky or deserved, you won't find any complaints from me.

Its going to take time to knock our lot into shape but Macclesfield at home is winnable. So here hoping for the first win of the season.

I think our home record against Macclesfield is pretty good so I'm going for our first win of the season. Will we keep a clean sheet as JonGull thinks? Er ...... doubtful ! I'll agree with Wivel at 2 -1 and I think Wivel's attendance forecast could be quite close.

I think the attendance will still hold up at around 1800+ due to it bring owers' first home outing. I haven't made it up to plainmoor since the first game against Tranmere but I will certainly be up there this Saturday.

I totally agree. It's been needed since Blissett left and before him after Bowman left. It's amazing we just keeping hoofing the ball forward game after game as if we had a player who any chance of retaining it . You can practically trace our results by the omission.
