Our last home league before Christmas, due to Woking progressing in the FA cup at our expense. Solihull the visitors have surprised a few already this season, and look a half decent team. However, despite our woeful start, a +2 win will see us leapfrog them. Hopefully the confidence of equalising so late yesterday will lift the players, and take some confidence into the match on Tuesday. Who knows we might have new owners.

After 2 inch's of rain Saturday night, and tomorrows forecast, this could be one for the groundsman.

Too early in the season to be a must win game, but this is certainly a would be bloody lovely to win game. Solihull are on a run just as bad as us, so at home under the lights and with the new blood added last week this is a great chance to get 3 points. A win or two and things would suddenly be rosier again.

It's good to have some options up top, but I would love to see Fitzpatrick start and give us some real width on both sides. Blissett and Moore would then have some quality being fed to them, with Young as well. McCoulsky and Reid can give us some pace off the bench.

McCoulsky and Moore, K., come into their own and we record a whopping win! Yes! So:

TUFC (2)5
Solihull Moors (0) 2

Att (sadly) 996.

You should get over 1100.

Hopefully Brummies living down there, coming out of the woodwork & who want us to do well against Luton in FA Cup 2nd Round.

3rd Round at home against Villa or Birmingham or Man U would be great !!!...

No, Wivel - even the most optimistic, rose tinted fan wouldn't go that far ! We were better (or less poor) against Wrexham - played with more urgency and Kieffer Moore injected a bit of pace and determination up front. But we were still guilty of not closing down players quickly enough - e.g. ther Wrexham goal. A win would be welcome of course, but I wouldn't risk any money on it. I reckon the gate will be about 1400. The old boys will be turning up with their hip flasks and blankets to put over their knees. Another good away win by the mighty Whitby Town, Wivel. Still top of the league.

A note to Fred. IF (and it's a big IF) we should win by two or more goals, we go above you in the league ........

Interesting opinions, but I'm going to stick by my original forecast: 5-2.
However, I might have been a bit pessimistic on the att., so I will revise upwards to 1146.

I hope Brucie doesn't spot your optimistic prediction. It could spell the end of a beautiful bromance!

Hi all. Looking forward to the game tomorrow. Few of us got a hotel for night, will be having a few beers during the afternoon. Any recommendations for a drink?

Are we confident enough it will be on with all the rain?
