Pretty poor half to be fair.

When we get the ball down and play, we cut them open and that is where our chances have come from. We've only done that 3 or 4 times though - the rest of the time we have played Dartford at their own game, lumping it about and it's playing into their hands.

We've had chances - Duane has forced 2 good saves from the keeper from chances he's forged from strength and hard work, but probably could have done better with both. Young (I think, may have been Briscoe) hit the post after some lovely approach play. The home side have had their chances too - Ricey has made two saves, one of which was an absolute worldie low down to his left from a header back across goal. We've lived far too dangerously than we need too.

Richards has really impressed me in the centre, very good on the ball. Duane looks a handful but so raw. Ajala not really impressed up front. Briscoe has been lively, as has Young at times but Cameron has been quiet. Cruise and Tonge have looked average, and wasteful on the ball, whilst the centre backs have been OK but a couple of worrying signs of miscommunication.

You can see we are missing a savvy frontman today. I'd maybe like to see Yeoman on for Ajala at some point as he might be able to get amongst Dartford and run at them.

Non-segregated ground is doing my head in - I'd quite like to punch the Dartford fan behind me in the throat when he slags us off. A goal for us would do just as nicely!

Bloody conference.......I thought I'd missed this!
