All over, 2-2. Great game and some stand out performances including Stevens by all accounts. We also finish the day the 2nd best team in Devon, not a bad day so far!

EDIT: Seems like the walking out music is Status Quo - Rockin All Over The World.

Up from Bottom to 12th. Will be intresting to see what people say who went to the game. A good point in the end after being 2 down. Going to be an exciting season ahead thats for sure.

Pleased that we showed character. Looking forward to Tuesday & next Sat (going to both).

Evans has been escorted from the pitch before, time he was escorted from football for good, along with the cheating Raynor. What repellant characters.

Here's a quick summary from my point of view;

The defence looked pretty solid at the start but they went for the long ball over the defence every time, the keeper didn't know whether to go for it or leave it for the defence. This was the only way they were really going to score because despite pace up front, Burton looked pretty poor.

The lack of pace and urgency was disappointing in our team, and it was only really when we went 2-0 down that we looked good going forward. We started passing the ball meaningfully and our passes got to their target. In the first half the midfield lumped balls over the defence and neither Kee nor Howe had the pace to get on it.

Burton's time-wasting was very annoying but it only served to get the crowd going and the team battling, and determined to overturn the deficit. Howe took his goal very well, and Mansell burst through the middle to get the second.

The goals we conceded were disappointing, the first was probably Oastler's fault for not being strong enough, and he may have been at fault for the second but I couldn't really see. Football league show will have to be watched. Despite this, I though Oastler looked alright, but like the rest of the defence, he let the long balls in and pace past him.

I think I'll leave it for the proper Match reporters to do from now onwards but those are the main points I wanted to raise o:)

Oastler was solid at the back, however Saah was bloody awful

The goals conceded were defensive errors, and although Oastler the closest defender to the striker it wasn't his man! The striker had slipped the centre of defence! Thought they looked at 6's and 7's in defence in second half. Offence much better when we didn't have two similar strikers playing together!

Good come back and Burton were hanging on in the end. Howe is gonna be a handful for all defences and took his goal well, also, sure my eyes didn't deceive me but he outpaced two defenders to a couple of balls!

MOM was between O'Kane but went to Bobby with three incredible saves.
