What an absolute farce. This is a game we must win. Possibly a slight positive is that they dont play their preceding game until 7.45pm on Saturday night.
You would think being part time that could have an impact but who knows.

I dont doubt that Mr Westcott is a very smart chap. He came across well on Radio Devon thats more so than Mr Broderick who seems to say something different each time hes interviewed. If there is no other option than part time football then yes there is little choice, but as has been said before the ...

Full time V Part Time
Exactly right.
Also what about admission prices? Noone is going to pay north of £20 to watch a struggling team in the NLS with no expectation of promotion. So how would we move from a crowd of 1000 odd to a full time model. Its something that needs a hell of a lot of consideration.

Full time V Part Time
No a terrible team isnt reflected in the attendances but these are exceptional circumstances and the games have never been more important. The main issue with part time is our location - its going to be impossible to attract players of an acceptable standard. As soon as the expectation levels drop t...

Cant for the life of me see how anyone can blame Stobbs for the goal. Their full back has caught him studs up square on the knee. Its such on obvious foul, right in front of the linesman. Mind you the officials also chose to miss the assault by Wannell on Ash early in the game which should have been...

Yeovil Town v Torquay Utd Friday 29th 3pm
I thought we were pathetic but given that we simply have to manage our players for the remaining games and with new any injuries proving catastrophic, it was probably sensible to play out the second half in the way that we did. Thats on the proviso that we beat Weston-Super-Mare on Monday. I'm hopin...

If we go part time we are accepting that we will not be going any higher. Due to our geographical position we will have no chance of competing for players with the London based clubs. On this basis any comparison with the Exeter model is completely ludicrous. I'm sure that the TUST bid is well inten...

Are you sure that TUST said that it was a single bidder. The consortium lead has over 7 million in his p/l according to companies house so I guess he was the wealthy individual referred to - I am guessing that he is now part of the TUST bid so I would also assume that if he throwing 150k in then tha...

So who are these people with the TUST backed bid then. Does anyone really know. What is their model exactly? Is it to go part time and accept our level is now the NLS.
People saying they will back them with their own money is all well and good but personally I would want to know alot more first.
