Methinks you may have got the incredibly annoying (and very difficult to remove) Toparcadehits virus . I had that once, it causes exactly what you describe (well, minus the Tesco bit). Yes I remember that. The treatment used to involve a lot of scraping with what appeared to be a small umbrella ......

Conference 14/15 - Through the Crystal Ball
Okay - nobody's done it yet so I thought I'd set the ball rolling. Hector's made some suggestions on the Conference Odds thread but here are my Rustic Reg predictions - Champions: Gateshead Play Offs: Forest Green, Kidderminster, Grimsby, Eastleigh (with Grimsby going up via Play Offs) 6th - 10th (n...

The problems with the site still continue in so far as the normal layout still changes to grey and white everytime you click on a post. You then have to scroll down to the switch to ful style button to get it back to yellow and the next time you click on anything it happens again. Surely this can't...

A new name for Plaunmorr?
Reminder of a few recent stadiums to change their names KITKAT CRESCENT A year after relegation from the Football League, York City supporters had to swallow the indignity of historic Bootham Crescent being renamed in a five-year deal with Nestlé. York now have Bootham back but remain in the Confe...

That midfield, with either or both of Cameron and Ajala (if both, drop Yeoman and play a really wide 4-5-1) stands to be the best in the division. There simply isn't a weak link in there. Matt. Thanks for report on the game for those of us who couldn't be there. I think you're getting carried away ...

Guy Branston's Column
I also mostly agree with what Branno is saying except by the same token that Luke Young has to be given chance to mature, so must Ashley Yeoman. I'd love to see Elliott get back amongst the goals but it wasn't just last season he failed to find the net - he failed at Bristol Rvrs and again at Southe...

So, nobody thinks he's worth a punt at Plainmoor then? Actually Scott - that did cross my mind ...... but I was too faint hearted to post on here ! Coles has been an idiot but I feel the reaction to his tweet by City has been very harsh. As someone else has posted, the loss of a couple of w...

Thanks for your replies, and yes, sorry matt I should have taken your hint and also expressed myself in a more subtle manner. In regards to posting manner/knowledge I will say that I'm only 17, so although i try to understand most of what is said, some things i simply haven't experienced yet- so th...

Farewell Alfredo Di Stefano
One of my earliest memories of watching a football match on the tele was back in 1960 (Gawd - that ages me!) when Real Madrid hit the football scene with the annihilation of Eintrach Frankfurt by 7 - 3 in the European Cup Final (now the Champions League). Eintrach were quite a decent side at that ti...

Hi Is it just me having trouble loading the site since Friday? It is fine when I load the board index site, but once I try the sub-forums I have to wait a while for the site to load. No - it's not just you Ricki. I'm having the same problem logging into the topics - it's taking a couple of minutes ...
