[quote="miltonkeynesgull"]Evening all. Just tuned in and the sound quality is probably worse than that of Marconi's first ever radio transmissions in 1895.

Not bad for the Westcountry, eh? ;-)

Re: PSF: Tiverton Town v Torquay United

Impressed by Leadbitter - looks classy on the ball, links up well with the wing. Atieno greedy at times but he is trying to impress. Yeoman is coming of age. Bobby commanding in goal.

And Kevin Hill is still a legend!! :scarf:

Re: Martin Rice

Can't help thinking of the importance of quality between the sticks - Danny did a good job for us last year when called upon, the number of points we gained cos of a good keeper, and that clean sheet record we had last year. Would we have done that with Mr Rice backing up Mr Bevan?

Tivvy's site says £8: http://www.tivertontownfc.com/Match%20Flyer.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Parking is OK at the Petroc college, on the way in off the A361. Just walk past the rugby club and cross the road.

Re: Carling Cup Draw This Thursday

Don't be stupid, all you optimists.
A winnable tie?
We can beat em?
We will definitely win?
You must be joking ........ unless we sign a keeper, of course!!!

Re: takes the p*ss.!!!

I just can't get the image out of my mind of those smug gits Evans and Raynor lording it at Old Trafford.

Hope they warm up in the pen area again and get barred from hospitality by Sir Alex.

And the 5h1t kicked out of the team by Sir Wayne and Sir Rio

Re: Old Trafford

In addition to Steve Evans's love children, they're gonna need to recruit Gatwick's departure lounge to fill their seat allocation.

God, I feel sick :(

Re: Rose - 3 Month Emergency? Loan

Rambling Rose . . . .

he's been out on short loans so far, hasn't he? so maybe a 3-month spell could give him a chance to feel settled. don't know about an "attitude" - he won't last long here if he causes problems

Our friends in the North

Couldn't help but comment on Davy Graham joining Sheffield FC late last month and scoring 3 goals so far. Good to see him recovered from his break :) And then there's Rhodri "Fingers" Giggs, recently became player-manager of Salford. Wasn't he our "kitman" at one time? Kept an ey...

Plymouth Gull: "Oh yes, my son is off to unversity this month- any advice on how to prevent it costing me a fortune? " Tell him uni is character-building - needs to stand on his own 2 feet. ;-) Wait till he's gone, then just move house. Declare yourself bankrupt. Tell him to ...

Kevin Hill comes to Tivvy

Noticed that Kevin Hill has been released from Dorchester for financial reasons and has passed up the chance to join Weymouth to help Tiverton Town out of the dire straits they're in at the moment. They are gonna need another 10 Kevs the state they are in. Yes 10 - remember he did a job in goal on m...
