Clarke Osborne says 'I'm not Genghis Khan'
The strange thing is that Dave Thomas wrote an interesting article demanding that GI reveal whether TUFC will be full time or part-time next year but then fails to mention it in the interview. Truely bizarre from such a good journalist . The whole article is so odd because it just reads like a PR l...

Bad Vibes. Let's get them out of the way
I find it staggering that this kind of critical dissection can't wait until after Saturday. Whatever their short-comings, and their personal futures, they will be doing their best to keep OUR club in this division. Save the criticism until they've done it (or otherwise).

Bad Vibes. Let's get them out of the way
Appreciate that. And I'd expect those conversations to be happening in boardrooms, and indeed amongst supporters of all clubs once their fate is known. But as long as we're relying on them giving their all for our club next weekend, I simply don't see the benefit of focussing on their short-comings ...

Bad Vibes. Let's get them out of the way
Have to be honest, however 'realistic' it might be, it's a bit distasteful to be assessing the quality of the playing staff (and manager) when they are still in the process of trying to keep the club in the division. Most will know there won't be contracts waiting for them either way, so just for th...

Bad Vibes. Let's get them out of the way
I don't think the insinuation is the players aren't considered good enough. Some (not all) surely are. The point is the budget will not allow for most of these players to be kept. There will be an obvious desire to reduce the budget still further, so the squad we're watching next season (in whatever...

Dover Athletic v Torquay United 22/4/17
What a result, what a performance. From where we were 30 minutes into the Braintree game, the resolve and desire shown by the players (and manager, and supporters) has been incredible. As Nicho rightly said, nothing is done yet, but to be going into the final game in a favourable position is a great...

I'm sure there is a thread somewhere where it's listed, but does anyone have the contact details of someone at the club who is going to be instrumental in making the decision re: Sale of Plainmoor? I'd quite like to fire off my thoughts...

A thread for clarity
Definitely worth a try Tomo, but I think it's probably naïve of all of us to think those in the national media don't know what's going on at our club. I'm sure they keep their ears to the ground of any such 'scandal' - but only report what they think their readership will be interested in. Fear we m...

Regarding the potential sale of the ground by the council, the thing I find most frustrating and angers me the most is - why aren't the public consulted? If anyone dares to suggest trying to change this town for the better - be that with a new hotel complex, or changes to the town centre, everyone g...

A tragedy that there hasn't been, and doesn't appear to be a happy ending approaching on this issue. I planned to post my less -than-informed opinion on the issue here - then realised that what I know/assume to be happening, sadly doesn't appear to have changed since I last commented in December... ...

Gaming International have taken our club hostage
What a disgusting, deceitful and ultimately devastating collaboration. An absolute disgrace that people with the supposed interests of the club at heart have allowed this to happen on their watch. This is on them. I’m talking about the so-called ‘supporters’ in the directors box, the self-serving ‘h...
