A positive?.....(something/anything!!!)
I have stayed away all season as it's too depressing for words and actions. So damn miserable I haven't even looked at any football anywhere for over a year. Positives? doctor says I am over the worst of gout, torn back ligaments, but still have to watch out and not get stressed as I had a bad episo...

Opening Day Conference Attendances
Never saw many away fans back in the 70's unless it was a local derby or the first game of the season. Then again games were on a Saturday night back then. I remember Workington Town having 4! :Sdannyrvtufc4life wrote:I think it may be the first time I've ever seen NO away fans at Plainmoor on Tuesday.

Already done through the Grand Charity at Great Queen Street London. £50k sent immediately with more to follow. Just terrible what is happening and so sad for humanity.

Ahhh nimno's!!! as Mork would say. Very sad news but thanks for some of the greatest comedy of our age. Begs the question,Why are poets, artists and comedians depressed??? My daughter is an artist and her best work is when she is in a dark place as she suffers from it too. You never stop worrying ab...

I personally do not blame the board for appointing Alan Knill, he was in the right place at the right time, and it was a sensible appointment . The board should be held accountable for this relegation, they are the custodians of the club, they make the decisions that effect every aspect of running ...

Bristol rovers face a fine or WORST
I don't think they'll get a points deduction just a fine IMHO. I'm not holding out any hope and, in any case, can't they appeal? It'll drag on for ages if it went to it. No, Conference are where we are and that's that.

A lot to look forward to?
We're in the FL for 100 years, get relegated by two measley points and suddenly "the Conference is our level". Matt. All I said is "perhaps" it's a thought to consider and I would sincerely hope that the long term ambition of the club is to be a well established league one club,...

Let's do a Dagenham and get Cobblers down!
Northampton will survive and Wycombe will be coming down with us, which gives me an away day to replace the Oxford one.

A lot to look forward to?
Back when we lost at home to Northampton I sort of knew the game was up. Today was a bit like the spirit leaving the body for the last time. A sort of happy release, as my late mum used to put it, after the death of a loved one who had been ill for a long time. So when it became apparent that Northa...

Shrewsbury Town's board of directors did this
Thanks for passing this on Dave. At least it is an attempt to let the supporters of Shrewsbury know that the board understand something of the season's failure and to apologise as well. Wonder what the board at our club has to say about this disaster of a season?
