We haven't even turned up yet... Absolutely appalling first half. Zebroski isn't in the game, nor is Robinson, or Kee. Tomlin hasn't got anyone to link up with.
Huge half time needed, can Buckle do his job? Is his heart still in it?

I'll be at work, but as I'm the only person on duty for the weekend, I'll take in my laptop and arrange the work so I get 3 hours off in the afternoon. Any celebrations will have to wait till I finish my shift on Monday afternoon... Not arsed about watching the CL final, but if circumstances allow I...

Re: Tickets Available at Old Trafford? Stevenage seem to thi
If both sides have tickets left over (we will!), then I don't see why they shouldn't be.
There should only be an issue when one side is sold out and there's a risk of fans going in the 'wrong' end, which won't happen here. Hopefully common sense prevails.

Re: Replacement for Buckle (if he goes)
Surely there must be someone out of work who'd jump at the chance to get back into league management? There's only so many jobs after all, and clubs below us have appointed the likes of Lawrie Sanchez and Gary Johnson recently. Or go with the heart and appoint Leroy again. Inheriting a decent squad ...

Where will "soccer express" be next year when we have Macclesfield or Hartlepool away? If the club and its fans give their support to the genuine TUFC fan run service then jolly good in my eyes.Trojan 67 wrote: This is a free country, right ?

Re: Replacement for Buckle (if he goes)
Give Buckle a rise, increase the budget, and improve the ground. If the worst happens, we'll only have to pay 1p for every £ we spend, so this is a great opportunity to spend 100 x more than we're currently able to. With a points deduction we'll find ourselves back in L2 with a clean slate, r...

Re: League 2 Playoffs: Shrewsbury Town vs Torquay United
Great night all round. Kept Shrewsbury to barely a whimper. Tomlin excellent. Zeb ran all night. O'Kane got stuck in superbly and blew the 'lightweight' tag away forever in my eyes, he mixed it with everyone on the pitch, in as tough a physical and mental battle as they come. 2 big results done, one...

MOTM - Shrewsbury
The usual format. Those watching on sky and those at the game. For me:
1. Tomlin
2. Zebroski
3. O'Kane
4. Lathrope
5. Branston

Re: helen spotted on bbc player!
I was sat in the seat right in front of her at Ashton Gate for our first game in League One, August 2004. And there were no backs to the seats - was slightly awkward to spend the whole game concentrating on not slipping over backwards.
