Let's hope that this news doesn't affect Jackson Lonridge's loan:

Johnson out
Not this bloody thread again - please put it out of its misery someone. Gary Johnson is not going anywhere and for the umpteenth time, who else would we get that's any better? Perhaps the moaners (of whom there are quite a few on here) would like Nicho back so that we can have another 'Great Escape'.

Torquay United v Ebbsfleet United 25/1/20
I can understand why Morton would choose to sign for Northampton, not least, better class of football, certainly better training set up, and probably, no definitely more money. I think we all have aspirations to sign good quality players and then we have to have a reality check and remember where w...

Torquay United v Ebbsfleet United 25/1/20
There is no confirmation of this on Northampton's OS - they have only signed Mark Marshall from Gillingham.

Gateshead are just outside the NLN play-offs having played a couple of games less than the teams above. They have not scored too many goals so far - let's hope Ruairi makes a difference. Come on The Heed! (but perhaps not next season if they get promoted!)

Who on earth is 'Shagger' or have I missed something?cockneycockers wrote: ↑18 Jan 2020, 17:58 Whitfield 1 goal brave header to set up Shagger
Kalala - wafted past their defence with ease
Nemane - worked well with Kalala
Hall- got his foot / head in everywhere. He owed us the goal for his bad pass for their brilliant first

AFC Fylde vs Torquay United 18/01/20
Apparently some saboteur stuck a brick wrapped in a towel into one of the drainage pipes at Fylde's ground, which has caused a big problem with part of the pitch. I would be very surprised if the match goes ahead.

Good point well made. Pragmatic to the end Sir! I tried to make the same point but I am not as eloquent and haven't got the advantage of my name being printed in red ;-) I suspect that Louis is quite happy to let this silly thread continue - when results were going well, nobody was posting on this ...

Apparently a 'Gammon' in modern 'street' terminology is a middle-aged, mainly middle-class white male who is very angry about everything all the time and is usually red-faced as a result (hence the likeness to a gammon!). There are definitely one or two on here Wivel!

You must be joking surely?? I'm a Man U fan as well as a Gulls fan - Jamie would be OK as a reserve striker but first team?? He could certainly teach Pogba and Martial something about attitude and commitment however.
