Will you be boycotting on Saturday?

I can't see how failing to cheer on the team is going to help get the first win of the season which is what we all want.

However I'm all for protest. Why not chant "You don't know what you're doing" 10 minutes before kickoff before the players come out?

But as a democratic body fan's opinions would carry some weight and if such a crass decision was made those responsible could be voted out.

PS If the fans were running the club would it have taken 3 weeks to appoint a new manager!?

The Trust

Having met the TUST board/team and received emails from Michael Goulbourne during the campaign to prevent GI buying the freehold of Plainmoor, I know them to be a dedicated and hardworking bunch of fans whose work behind the scenes usually goes unacknowledged, unrewarded and unappreciated. TUST exis...

Are GI Investing?

Thought I would post this from Kevin Foster's Weekly Update for others like me that don't do Facebook. At least it offers some off the field security - although its not going to matter much if we don't start winning. Perhaps Kevin Foster could have a word with Clarke Osborne and Geoff Harrop about h...

Young - how does the poor bloke put up with playing with so many numpties? Stuart C - cross bar challenge winner. Who would ever have thought that on a Saturday afternoon you'd be the second best player on the pitch? More exciting than last week when the lad did it first time. Keating - his pressure...

Torquay United vs Tranmere Rovers prediction page

I refuse to abandon the unrealistic optimism that preseason allows me so:
Torquay (1)2 Tranmere (0)1
Keating & Young to score
Crowd of 2000

COYY!!

New Stadium

I can see how designing and building a new stadium may take 3 years but Clarke Osborne seems to have taken no account of the planning process in his timetable. It's difficult to search back on the Herald site because of the change to Devonlive, but I’m sure that there were objections to the proposed...

Ray, are you aware that amongst a section of Gulls fans the Barrow manager is considered to be a Judas? And before some people cry "He wasn't being paid", he knew what he was taking on, he spent the budget on a load of crap players and then ****** off. So... JUDAS! As for this season's pre...

What would you like to change at TUFC?

Really like the bus idea. Could always coincide with the local bus routes with a 'TUFC discounted rate' for supporters wanting to go to Plainmoor. Supporters could buy a 'TUFC Pass' at the club shop at a cheap bus rate valid for one season. All of this would be need to be negotiated with the counci...
