What have we done to upset the BBC
Re: 'the ginger slapper Natalie Cornish (sic). A face like a smacked arse and the brains of a rocking horse.' It derives from the African-American Vernacular English expression &quo...

The BBC's coverage of local sport is quite poor compared to ITV - they showed both of Torquay's goals this evening.

I see that Ben Gerring was on the bench for Woking last night in their 5-1 away win against Dover. I thought he had left the club? His presence will no doubt add the usual spice to the Gulls v Woking fixtures this season, except that there will probably be no crowd to hurl insults at him!!

FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Excellent article - just shows the contradictions in the government's current policies. Nice to see TUFC get a mention in the New York Times!

FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Ha ha - I stand well and truly corrected about the venue for the Chiefs match! It still doesn't explain the nonsense that people can be crammed together in a pub but not spaced out in a ground. Thanks nickbrod for explaining the rules - ridiculous though they are!

FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
I shoulld add that no-one was allowed in at Sandy Park yesterday to watch the Chiefs' excellent win against Racing, yet the pub outside the ground was apparently heaving with fans watching the game on TV!!

FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
I know I live in Cornwall and may be a bit slow on the uptake as a result, but can someone explain to me why Sholing can have 400 fans for the FA cup game next week, yet no fans are allowed in any Premier, EFL of National League grounds??!!
