Re: Travelling TUFC fans to Swindon
So which pub before the game? Should be sneaking out of Oxford early enough to take in the sights of Swindon before the game. Or have a beer.

Re: burton albion v torquay united - 17/3/12
What happens in a game where 90 minutes is up and one team is more than one goal ahead of the other? Do we replay the match?

Re: Full marks to Shaun Taylor
Just came across this excellent post : http://experimental361.wordpress.com/2012/02/12/attacking-and-defensive-efficiency-league-2/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; which points out that the Gulls have faced more shots than anyone else in league 2, but are the most 'efficient...

Re: Clubs tracking Robbo
It's now on the BBC :
"I just spoke Preston North End chairman Peter Ridsdale. He said the club are signing Chris Robertson from Torquay and Graham Cummins from Cork City."

I think I can make this - my first game for ages thanks to work and everything else.
Anyone local have any thoughts about pubs for essential pre-match pint? Somewhere that doesn't involve hiding a bright yellow shirt, please...

Re: TUFC managers over the seasons
Atkins is a good call - surely the quintisential experience for a Torquay manager is leading a great escape. How many others remember Neil Warnock's brief cameo in 1992/93? I remember joining most of the pop side on the pitch after the last game of that season in an attempt to persuade him to stay. ...

Re: Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more…
Such good advice, and yet so hard to follow! I'm not an optimistic football supporter; between work commitments and travel I don't get to many games but it probably means something that only twice in the last decade can I remember being at a game and being certain that we weren't going to throw it a...

Clearing cookies resolves the problem to the extent of the video starting to play underneath the annoying reappearing log in box, which can then be dismissed.

Re: Goal Music
Edit: I just want to say that I am all for the other initiatives the club have come up with. Its just that Plainmoor is not Twickenham or Wembley and just because everyone else is doing it, doesn't mean we should! Spot on. I've just emailed the club too, and this will put me off going. The point is...
