New Signing: Amos Kabeya
Total unknown but Nicho must have had a tip off from someone, maybe John Milton? Nice to have an extra option up top. We've looked a striker short of late and with the games coming thick and fast it's important to have depth. Share concerns with the defence though. Got away with not naming a defende...

Aldershot v Torquay United
Cagey, negative game ruined by a ridiculous referee who just would not let it flow. They were set up not to lose, so were we. We look like an average conference side now which is probably what we are. It's just a case of whether we can pick up enough points to stay up. New keeper looked excellent. U...

Torquay United v Kidderminster Harriers
Anyone know if/when there will be a video of the goals from yesterday? Something the club needs to work on next season.

Torquay United v Kidderminster Harriers
Would give my right arm to be there today but at work instead! As others have said Kiddy are going to be bang up for this, if they lose they are effectively down. It would be very 'us' to dominate this game, play all the football and lose 1-0 on the break. Hope the attendance can at least break the ...

Torquay United v Welling United
Brilliant to see the highlights. Seems like a great atmosphere. Wish I was there, going mental just watching it 24 hours later. We can do this. BELIEVE.

Love the sash and the old badge, can we start a campaign for us to go back to that? Our current one is an embarrassment.

Looks like a potentially decent signing on paper. Does this signal a change in formation from Nicho? Perhaps going for more of a 4-5-1 like under Ling with Richards sitting in front of the back four and Blisset/Harrad up front? Wright could act as a left winger cutting in, Ajala on the right running...

Dan Lavercombe and Wigan
Welcome to the site. Dan is a local lad and Torquay fan as far as I am aware. Tall, composed and mature for his age. Came in to a struggling team at the end of last season and his presence at the back was hugely reassuring. At 18 it was remarkable that he didn't seem nervous or at all phased by it. ...

Heart sa when I saw the herald reporting that Richards was replacing gerring in defence but turns out to be classic bad reporting. Good looking lineup with Ex in midfield and Richards in the Heslop role, Verma out wide. Should be difficult to break down at the very least.

Could be a decent signing but can't help but feel this alters the balance of the side somewhat. Maybe signals the departure of marsh or fairhurst? Or the deployment of wright in a wide role? We really need a CM.

Big news from a big chap. Never really saw the best of Louis. More than skilful enough to succeed at this level but never looked match fit or that bothered. He's probably on at least £6-700 a week and I can't see where he fits into our system under Nicho so a good move all round. All the best Louis....

Cheltenham Town v Torquay United
Very pleased with our performance yesterday. If you had put a neutral observer in that stadium and asked them where in the league both teams were there is no way they would have said top and bottom. Neither FGR or Cheltenham looked anything special at all. This league is clearly full of very similar...
