When will we be crowned Champions??

Let the players do the one game at a time thing. If people can’t talk winning the league what’s the point in supporting a football team? Enjoy it

Torquay United v Truro City (Boxing Day)

If you have played the game you would know what I am on about Truro are no push overs anymore. We do need to keep our players focused, by the way Brucie Pittman can't get in their side now they've signed several new players. Merry Christmas to everybody. Southampton gull hit the nail on the head it...

The Captain jumps ship

McGinty, has signed a two-year contract at Scottish Championship club Partick Thistle. I always thought he had a touch of class and in the warm up routines his first touch was exceptional. Still, like a lot of players at this level he was not perfect. Good luck to him in Scotland. Can’t tell if that...

Super Kev To You

What absolute tosh you talk most of the time. You would rather have Nicholson in charge than Steve Evans? - Presumably cause Nicholson drives the team bus and visits people in hospital? That might make him a nicer bloke than Evans but it sure doesn't make him a better manager that's for sure. You h...

Torquay United v Dagenham and Redbridge - Matchday thread - 17/02/18

Keating and Williams did work very well together last year and Romain isn’t too dissimilar to Keating, so would go with that.

Evans impressed me 2nd half last week and would bring him in for Gowling with the same reshuffle.

Really need Gowling fit ASAP though, is there news?

Maidenhead v Torquayunited 10/2/18

What a great, battling performance that was. Anymore rain and it would have been in doubt, for sure. Battling yes, but I thought we got the ball down well and played in the first half and counter attacked just as well in the second. Barnes, Dowling, Young and Evans all have decent quality on the bal...

Despite the off field crap we are going through, I REALLY don’t want to drop down another league and if we are going to stay up, the tide has to turn now.

That’s why I’m making the journey and bringing two of my mates with me! We can only hope this is the start of the escape. COYY

Talking Torquay

Another cheery and enthusiastic podcast which I would highly recommend. However, after last week's clanger when you said that Paul Cox was Barrow's manager, I was surprised to hear your comment that you knew nothing about Maidenhead's manager, Alan Devonshire. Is that the former England internation...

We seriously need to wrap Gowling in cotton wool, he is so vital. If he plays the remainder of the season and we can find a goal scoring knack, we could do it.
