A lone keeper in a club with no other goalie to keep him company or on his game is wasting his time in my opinion. He must know within himself how much his game has gone backwards since he arrived. If the club cannot be arsed to go about things in the right and professional manner, I can't think wha...

Well get him down to TQ1 then because if they carry on with Moore dropping clangers, getting his starting position wrong and kick the feckin' ball into touch nearly every time he clears it then nothing will ever improve. Sorry for any offence caused to either you or JT! N.B. Anyone can run rings rou...

Zippy did not advocate bringing in John Turner himself, nor anyone of his age, but 'someone like' him, even on a part-time basis, as being better than nothing. Well the situation isn't 'nothing' as Kenny Griffiths fulfils that role to the best of his ability and availability but the club clearly HA...

But just as the last thing the club needed was an L plate manager neither can it accommodate an L plate goalkeeper!

..... if they cant afford a goalkeeping coach why not bring in someone like john turner on a part time basis. What a stupid comment to make......... As much as I know and like John; he is not a goalkeeping coach and his restricted mobility these days at the age of 62 would prevent him from being so...

Well for a keeper of his age he lacks a lot of basic components in his game and (in my opinion~) has gone backwards in his game since arriving. No surprise there; no competition for his place and no goalkeeping coach at the club in a serious manner. I agree the fullback play has been poor with them...

A show pony in the mould of Martin Rice; a much more commanding figure needed behind the team to instil confidence, shape and relaxation to play the ball out with the priority on maintaining possession

Ah - hindsight is such a wonderful thing ! I seem to recall that when Nicho signed Brett Williams, most on here were positively salivating. Salivating? I posted this on BTPIR when he was signed: 'He played twenty minutes of the Plainmoor game last season when coming on as a sub and lasted an hour u...

It appears every other club at our level make good income from it, yet we don't. Dagenham was the side in question - a dilapidated old venue in London, where I imagine there are hundreds of other alternatives. Yet they are active for off-field functions at their ground on a regular basis, with wedd...

Will these signings be the manager's or Dave Hedges' or a mixture of the two? You mention Clarke Osborne - is he likely to be controlling close season matters - as he's still the only director (and chairman) - or is everything in the hands of the General Manager? I would respectfully suggest Nick y...

Yes Nicholson only playing Williams from start to finish on eight occasions having pushed the wages boat out to secure his signature is a shocking example of his incompetence as a manager ~ any experienced manager who had learned his trade and secured his survival in the job would never have been so...

Is Chris Zebroski in Channings Wood then?
I know he couldn't make away games but then neither could Sean Finch
