Re: Your best ever XI.

Since 1997/98, although I was only 10 then so it's a bit skewed.

David Graham ... Rodney Jack

Jo Kuffour ... Alex Russell ... Jason Fowler ... Chris Zebroski

Adam Smith ... Guy Branston ... Wayne Thomas ... Liam Rosenior

Neville Southall

Re: The Shortlist

Hibs finishing 4th isn't much of an achievement. By the time you have Rangers and Celtic 1-2 and Hamilton and St. Mirren 11-12, you've got Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen, Dundee Utd, Kilmarnock, Motherwell, St. Johnstone and Inverness fighting out for 3rd-10th. Anything lower than 5th for Hibs is a big unde...

Re: According to one of the board...

He reminds me of Graham in so many ways. Hopefully we can see him develop here over the next few years, it's easy to forget how young he is.

We need Zebroski here next season too, he's the first name on the teamsheet. Anything under £100k wouldn't be worth risking relegation for.

John Milton as a dad and Guy Branston as a boyfriend... She should be pretty safe at family gatherings!

I'm not ignoring history at all.

After 128 years, this is where you've reached. Your level. Why you think years 129-134 are going to be an improvement I don't know.

Re: Buckle could be a mistake

Ok, I'll humour you. In the last 10 years, enough time to allow for fluctuations of poor/good management, your average finishing position is 73rd in the football pyramid, making you a L2 team. Not a brilliant L2 team either, it's where Accrington finished this season. You've been a football club for...

I hope it's on more than just TUFC, otherwise it's going to be a very short dissertation!

Re: Jake Robinson

Not overly upset about missing out on him. He did exactly what the Shrewsbury fans said he'd do - start off on fire then go off form. He didn't offer much in the 3 play-off games, and for the money he's on we could spend it better in my opinion. He was open about leaving himself open to offers, so r...

Re: Buckle could be a mistake

Bristol Rovers in the next 4-5 years if everything comes off, have the recources and finally(hopefully) the stadium that we have needed for donkey's years to actually establish ourselves in higher levels and push on as a club. Ah, the magic 'potential'. You were founded in 1883, but ignore the last...

Re: New manager poll

It was a good point earlier that Bobby Williamson didn't do a very good job at Plymouth, in particular quite a few players he brought with him from Scotland didn't work out at all. Hughes had an awful time at Hibs earlier this year, but the SPL is a nightmare to manage in at the minute. The other sl...

Re: The real concern ....

It depends how much of that is planned and covered, and how much is going to be 'debt' the club owes. But two huge losses in a row is going to be very tricky to turn around. We can't afford to lose money for much longer (if at all...). But I very much doubt we're going to be £700k better off ...

He wasn't that proven. 12 months earlier he was avaliable on a free transfer after being released from Watford after 9 goals in 72 games.
