Billericay v Torquay United 9/3/19

Nobody can justifiably doubt Gary Johnson or the team now. Yesterday was the sort of fixture where boys needed to become men and didn't they just.

No idea, but I do know we could do without it being played in the week before the Woking game.

Torquay United v Chelmsford 5th March 7.45.

Some of you need to get over yourselves I'm afraid. The right decision was made however late it may have been, if we'd played tonight & inadvertently came unstuck again there would've been uproar on this forum amongst others. Why are we feeling sorry for the opposition ? These things happen unf...

Not if a new pitch has the same drainage issues.

Being the only? Full time team in the division we should expect better than we have seen recently. We should be ahead by at least a few points instead of goal difference. When Johnson took over we were in 14th place and 10 points behind leaders Woking after just nine games. Since then in 23 league ...

And 87.88 But I would have rated the 87/88 season ten out of ten because even though we missed out on promotion it was the first time as a spectator that I saw Torquay as genuine contenders. This is a good season regardless because it shows, as did 87/88, if you have the right manager then success ...

Torquay United v Weston-super-mare 2/3/19

notnow wrote: 02 Mar 2019, 18:09 Are you for real? Johnson is the best manager we have had for years maybe longer! To be fair you haven’t got a clue or you are clearly not a TUFC Fan!
I think the original comment may have been tongue in cheek.

East Thurrock v Torquay United PP to 26.2.19

Quite literally probably given the numpties amongst fans of both sides. Expect another impromptu Stone Island fashion shoot. Don't worry, our wannbe hard men won't be going anywhere near the place. When Woking fans were giving it large at the cup tie our corresponding dickheads were no where to be ...

Perhaps we should all go to Truro on Tuesday night

That thought flashed through my mind when I heard Truro had been sold.

Ben Gerring HATES Torquay!

Agree with earlier post, GJ should use this when we play them at their place, Should mean a very interesting afternoon ensues , hopefully the moronic donkey that is Gerring himself drops a bolock exactly at the right time to hand us an easy 3 points. I can see a very toxic atmosphere building for t...

Minneapolisgull wrote: 16 Feb 2019, 17:09 Before the alarm bells start ringing out loud! Let's keep calm and leave our trust in GJ. First defeat in god knows how long!
Second defeat in four games. But as pointed out by Rob it does bring into question our performances against the promotion contenders.

Ben Gerring HATES Torquay!

It all suggests they are alot more worried about us than visa versa Exactly. This type of thing is more like a compliment. When your opposition hates you it means you are doing something right. BTW if I was Woking I would be more concerned that we could only win 2-1 at home against the bottom side ...
