Replacement for Buckle (if he goes)

Sorry if you find this post a little negative, but it's just a bit of hypothesizing should Buckle go to Bristol Rovers.

Who would you like to see take up the reins? I think with our young squad, decent reserve and youth set-up a certain Peter Taylor could do good things.

Re: League 2 Playoffs : Torquay United vs Shrewsbury Town

I remember 400 Torquay fans making all the noise at Molineux when there were over 22000 Wolves fans there, good times.

Re: Tim Sills

Marvin Morgan could be a good acquisition, but showed by his twitter rant that he needs to grow up a bit (mentally, as he's 6ft 5). Didn't score whilst at Dagenham but I bet he set up a few.

From what you know?!! You know he was at the graveyard, that's it! Plus you've changed your tune from "for what its worth i think paul buckle will be appointed as our new manager" to "i would be very confident that paul buckle will be our next manager", what's the new evidence th...

Maybe or Bucks feels he has had the best of Branston and won't renew his contract.

Big, solid centre-back, very rarely gets injured, in his prime. Gary Johnson letting him go for no good reason, what does everybody else think? Would he be a good signing?

Re: A bit of history.

I was there aged 12 with my Dad, Sister and her best friend, it's like a dream now! Abiding memories are singing Que Sera Sera on the way up as well as songs I made up, how colourful Wembley was, having no faith in any of our penalty takers, celebrating with strangers and listening to Supertramp and...

But let's not be too bitter. What are we losing out on, really?! Unproven striker who's middle aged in footballing terms.

Re: Players contracts

I can be quite certain that the interested teams that Branston speaks of aren't in League 1. He'll definately be an asset to us if we don't get promoted, and it seems Torquay can wait until that point to offer a contract because he really wants to stick around.

Fantastic news for the boy and his family. Hopefully he will go on to become a great asset for the club. Great name for headline writers too!
