Torquay United v Altrincham Sat 21 August KO 3pm
Not sure how anyone can point fingers toward the GK as some on here have alluded to. None of the 3 were his fault. I just cant understand why we were soooooo narrow the entire afternoon. Anyway, doesnt do any harm to get a real kick up the arse this early.

Torquay United v Altrincham Sat 21 August KO 3pm
Very untidy and sloppy performance. My main concern going into this was Ali Omar but he was actually ok. Gave all three goals away 1) Moxey delaying delaying, gives it away. 2) Oconnnel 3 ) Wright Alty a big standard side but giving these away in combination with no creativity, no speed of ball move...

Expectations
Hope for play offs and think we'll get there and then who knows.
I think defensively we are light and would imagine there will be one more CB entering the fray between now and 21st.
Think it will be one of the most exciting leagues, lots of teams being able to beat lots of other teams on their day.

Ali Omar.
Lacking experience at any level!
Attitude and desire will take you a long way in life. Lets hope his matchplay skill compares to his obvious enthusiasm.
I watched his 'debut' but it doesnt count. Easy peasy versus Poole.

Pre Season
My takeaway from a trip down the road to Poole. Kit looks slightly better in real life but not that keen. Poole ultras (about 20) were entertaining. Just great to be able to rock up at a game on a Saturday afternoon. Lapslie looks busy, Ali had a presence. Trialist B (15) involved a lot. Lots of pro...

I agree, them and Souffend, Wrexham, Stockport.
Is a great division though on the plus side.

Some of the absolute tripe being spouted on players going elsewhere is laughable. Its their careeer, good luck to them. Funny that we can wish players well when we release them(Buse) but slag them off when they leave and dont say a nice good bye. Get over it. I challenge anyone to say no to an incre...

Playoff Final Vs Hartlepool at Ashton Gate
If you get a ticket great. If you dont, unlucky, go to the pub and watch it and save yourself £100 in the process.
This is quite a ridiculous debate and i wonder why people get hyped up enough to spend time logging in and writing a full answer about the......DOH!

Play Offs - Hopefully wont be relevant
Im not a season ticket holder but ive watched every game this season, home and away. On occasions in person.
I deserve a ticket to the final.
Just sayin.

Emirates FA Cup 1st round | Torquay United v Crawley Town | 08/11/2020 12.45pm KO
The most pointless of FA Cups this season. Football is nothing without fans and even more so in the FA Cup. So what if we got through to R3. Despite making a few quid, an away tie to Spurs, Man Utd....... would be horrendous.
If you can’t go, what’s the point.

Jumping on? Youd be shouting to the next person with 1500 spread across 4 sides. Where theres a will theres a way but a blanket ban is ridiculous. It is outside you know where we are all being told is safer. An argument for a different thread but not being prepared (its their job after all) , flip f...

Fixtures 2020/21
Utterly ridiculous and out of touch if that is the case. FO Boris and all the other inept politicians who quite clearly cannot get a grip. Plainmoor and other non league grounds could easily accomodate a 25% capacity which would be socially distanced in a safe and ogranised way. Ive had enough of co...

Fixtures 2020/21
Lets hope sense prevails and we can start with a) at least 1000 people per game and b) the league and particularly BT Sport, allowing clubs to show games online for anyone wishing to pay. I watched last weeks game and the whole thing was excellent. id hazard a guess that with our fan base, particula...

Next season start date?
Also allowing fans to pay to watch online.
If there is a capacity limit, say 25% or 50% of the max capacity allowed in the ground. Allow others to pay to watch online and for now disregard the 3pm broadcasting rule
Im sure the many exiles, inc me, would pay for that.

Woking v Torquay United 3/9/19
A physical game and I left wondering if Woking were more suited to this level with their ‘style’. Fair play to them though, you couldn’t tell who was full time / part time even at the end both teams were still going for the win. Agree with previous posters, game never got going, constantly breaking ...
