Iffy Allen
I saw him on TV for Barnet a few years ago, I apologise for forgetting whether he plays on the left or right. Impressive because of his speed and potential, he's also played for lower league clubs. The signings Nico has made looks like Ajala will be turning out the wing before long.

Transfer deadline day
Glad to see we brought in Iffy, not sure about Racchi but I would be ecstatic to be proven wrong. Taylor is a free agent so can still be signed, no? Could be a very good leader in defence, a good player for either Gus/Smith to work alongside. Get it done KN.

Does he play on the left or the right? In the space of a month our wingers have gone from Briscoe (overweight) and Murombedzi (inept) to Ajala and Allen. Fair play to Kevin Nicholson because that is one hell of an improvement. Pace and tricky from both, up the left or right ping it in to Blisset to ...

Nicholson out?
Don't agree. I believe Nicho saw the need for a true left footer in midfield which meant that Butler would be pushed forward requiring him to fill in at full back. I think this shows common sense and not arrogance. If there is one thing Nicho isn't, its arrogant . Why didn't he sign a left footed f...

Transfer deadline day
Nicholson is unlikely to make any more signings before tonight’s transfer deadline, but he does hope to swell his squad before the Macclesfield tie. “Because we’re concentrating on free agents now, it takes the pressure off doing something within the [transfer] window,†he said. Read more: ...

Nicholson seeming to miss the point here, for me - a bit of a knob thing to say really. Surely he can see why the fans are frustrated! Why are we frustrated, we've got rid of the only player left who'd scored over 5 goals!!! "If I was getting rid of players who had scored one goal every two gam...

Design Next Season's Kit
The blue/yellow fade is definitely my favourite of the lot, it's really unique and it's not hideous as many unique kits are. However I think it might fall foul of the fact that most kid manufacturers only make template kits these days unless you're an important team...and even a lot of those teams ...

Olejnik put in an average display against a superior Liverpool. I don't know what he was doing for their first goal, but he showed flashes of what he's capable of with some incredible shot blocks. I'd have Bobby back in a heart beat but he's far too good for us, and Exeter too for that matter.

Brave Move By Kiddy?
I don't think it's a brave move, more a move born out of necessity, had Paul Cox been in charge at the beginning of January and we were in the same position as Kiddy - let's face it we're only marginally better off in terms of points - then I expect we'd have done the same thing.

I like both white 'away' style kits posted above, very much like the one which nods to the 70s kit.

Club says initially until end of season but HE indicating an 18 month so reading between the lines, if we stay up he'll be ours next season too. He has agreed to sign an 18-month contract with the club and a statement on the Torquay website says the deal will be completed after the weekend. Read mor...

I like it, just don't think you could fit MB Insolvency in there (assuming that's who will sponsor us again next year)PhilGull wrote: If the sponsors could be persuaded to have their name within the white centre of the sash it could look really good. i like it.
