I am a bit afraid to post as some folk think i am just a negative barsteward but what the heck,Well here we are in the bottom two and I can not see things getting any better what we need is the second coming,Chris Hargreaves looks like the Messiah unless he has had his hair cut,but he could be the g...

Free Ticket for the Chesterfield match this Saturday!

Nice thought to give a ticket away but with the need for cash at Torquay I would have thought that whoever you give the ticket to would give at least ten pounds to the club, after all that's a good deal all around.Hope the recipient see's it this way.

The Positive Thread

I think we have good players but we are not a team, confidence low, constant changes (some through bad luck) and no master plan, just a lot of hope.If i was a betting man I would put a chunck of money on Chesterfield,i'am sorry to say.

The decline is niegh

Hi Matt,Well you have certainly gone up a gear in your make believe Italian car with your reply to my response and in some answers i m o making no sense at all, somewhere you might have had some legal experience ,you certainly have mastered the gobbledegook using a dozen words where three would do, s...

The decline is niegh

I have followed Torquay for forty seven years and it gives me no pleasure in saying that we are in irrevocable decline,I think our true place will be in the conference south. My reasons for posting this is 1,we are owned by a lottery winner,God bless her because without her we already would be in the...

FA Cup Round 1, Torquay vs Rochdale 9/11/13

No team has the right to win a football match but what the supporters do have a right to is your team giving it everything,if the other side is better then so be it.What's disappointing is that we are knocked out of another competion in the first round. So now we have no money for the rest of the sea...

Away Days

Miss the away games now that I can't get to any but before I moved to France used to go to Hereford,Bournemouth,Bristol Rovers Yeovil and can even remember going to Newport plus of course our two Devonian chums. To get away with going me and my pal had to take our better halves so it was always a tri...

125 Shirt

Are you telling me that the football association have told every club that come under their jurisdiction that they must charge 125 pounds for this shirt,if thats correct then imo that's terrible, talk about taking the football fans for a complete ride,I am shocked!!!!.

125 Shirt

I now see there is no mention of wanting 1000 people to buy this very expensive shirt.Since the start of this initiative just forty people have pledged to buy one.Bring the price down,we live in a very tough world and replica shirts are already too expensive so to pay 125 quid just to have your name...

Re: Paul McCallum

I agree with matt (well there's a first time for everything ) but we are what we are,a fourth division football team who occasionally have a good season but more often than not we don't.This season looks like a tough one with mistakes made by management/players and some bad luck thrown in as well,we...
