How far would £10k go?
Is this post with regards to the competition Marathon Bet are doing? The #nonleaguechallenge would be a great way for Torquay to try and get some extra money, granted we have to score first, but surely we have nothing to lose by just giving it a go?

Haha RussianGull, how can you say Spiess cost us the game? Ex cost us the game! Spiess made some handy saves in the second half and kept us in it if anything!

Okay thanks Alley. He hasn't been great this season but him and Bell are the only definite cms we have. Carmichael is the best of a bad bunch.

I disagree, we were much improved after the break. 442 was far more balanced and Ex going off was the best move. The cheer when we heard he had subbed Ex was the biggest all afternoon. First half was far worse. And the players coming over, you didn't mention Berry. He came over and applauded and he ...

Torquay United v Boreham Wood TUE-22nd
Really hope we go 4 at the back, but that it doesn't leave Smith out of the team, he has been our best CB I think, but fear he's too small to be part of a pair. Holding in front of the back four is where I would play him. Two CMs (not sure who all seem equally poor) Hurst on the right lavelle moore ...

The issue is that results won't improve at all whilst we continually ship goals at the rate we do. That's now 22 goals conceded in the last six away games. That's an average of 3.66 goals per game. So the likelihood is that we are going to have to score at least 3 or 4 goals to win a game away from...

I cannot stand you brucie. You are an attention seeking moron and if you think you can count yourself in that 'die hard fan base of 2000' that my friend is what is laughable, not the fact that you seem to think Thea has destroyed that. Being a youngish Torquay fan (22 years old) what Thea has done h...

This is my first proper post on this site and I'm sad that it's so negative. Now back from the trip and it was woeful. Absolutely woeful. I've had a strong dislike for Harding ever since I first saw him play for us. The manner in which he sauntered around the field today was shocking (he's not wante...
