Player Search - Who Will Turn Up?

sgf wrote: 28 Jun 2018, 16:47 Maybe he thinks they will be ok in the NLS. They clearly weren't good enough in the NL. Who signed them is irrelevant, much as some like to keep the GO v KN debate going.
Spot on.

Who stays? Who goes?

I think Young will struggle at League 2 level, particularly with the physical side of the game.

That comment wasn't aimed at you but well done for supporting the team today.

No I wasn't..... in a very 'busy 'week my chosen live games have been Chelsea V Arsenal (FAYC final) last night ~ which was my second game of the evening after watching my son play at 5pm ~ The return leg on Monday night, Haringey Borough v Heybridge Swifts in the Isthmian North play-off on Wednesd...

Who stays? Who goes?

The NLS is patently NOT 'hoofball'. Get that out of your head and maybe talk some sense. It is very, very competitive but slower in pace from the National League which makes it less easy for a player of Young's genre to find the time to play in the manner which his fans are accustomed to. A midfiel...

Player of the season vote

I hope Luke young goes! Headless chicken most of the time. Two or three decentish free kicks during the season a couple of goals, extremely overrated! I'll second that! The most overrated player in a very poor team. I can only assume that those supporters who think he's so wonderful don't watch man...

Agree with you there Brucie. Shocking performance by Gowling .... and you have to say McGinty too. Gowling has another year on his contract, he may or may not want to see that out with TUFC. But you get the feeling that if he does want to stay he would prefer it to be under a different Manager to O...

Even those under contract will be scrambling for the nearest doors.
Good! I'd be very happy if all these losers left.

Torquay v Guiseley 24/04 (PP on 24/3/18)

We are 1-2 down at home to a team playing with 10 men who are already relegated and playing their 4th game in 8 days meanwhile Solihull are 0-1 up at play off bound Tranmere. Just remind me was Mark Yates available when Owers was appointed? Sack Owers and appoint Tully - knows the NLS and the south ...

And someone on this forum said earlier this week they don't blame the players!

So glad I've not been to see this shower of sh!t since the Woking away debacle.

Release all the players whose contract expires at end of season and transfer list all those players under contract for next season. New players needed without a losing mentality.

Mike Fondop scores again for Halifax. Should have given him a contract instead of Keating, who can't even get in the team ahead of Reid with Romain and Healey suspended
