I don't personally think we need a striker anyway. Billy Kee hasn't been given a proper chance yet, and if he's overlooked for much longer we will be entering Matt Green teritory. Gritts hasn't set the world alight either, but are we ready to discard him again already? And Zebs is available to play...

i think that if we do sign pope then it will be a mistake. we NEED a goalscoring striker. we need someone who can get goals every game. not someone who has only scored 4 goals in 30 or so games.
