Re: Notts County v Torquay United 12/10/19 3pm
Dont wish to put a downer on this but I can see a defeat, the last two games have been bottom of the table whom also scored twice and an out of form side who we nearly drew with. Our defence is poor, midfield ineffective and up front not getting the proper service. I am going for 3-0 nil defeat but...

Ebbsfleet V Torquay United 8th October 2019
Clearly over the line as a video (uploaded to Twitter by a fan) shows ....
The linesman was unfortunately a long way away from it as he only just appears after the ball has bounced back out!!

Somewhat surprisingly, Jamie Sendles-White has got a move back to the Football League - with a 1 year deal (plus an option) at League Two Crawley  .

Barnet v Torquay United 26/08/19
It’s simple..... we are great going forward and will score lots of goals ..... but we are just not strong enough defensively. We will continue to leak goals with this defence. I have no doubt Gary realises that and will make the necessary adjustments. A couple of experienced “old heads” at the back ...

THAT Vardy goal!
Seem to recall that Kyrtis MacKenzie was diagnosed as diabetic shortly after turning pro with us and I think left the game altogether, sadly. Likewise, as most on here will know, Damon Lathrope’s career ended early with a very bad leg injury whilst playing for Woking. By strange coincidence, Woking ...

Cheltenham announce retained list
But, if correct, are any of these the "marquee" signings? I wonder whether GJ might Iive to regret that remark! Personally, I don’t think we should set our expectations too high this summer Nick. The names I suggested (Duku apart) were regulars in a mid table League Two side last season a...

I think Duku is a realistic target but wouldn’t be surprised if Mullins (centre half) and Dawson (attacking centre mid) are also on GJs radar. Both are out of contract and available on a free transfer - seemingly Dawson has been offered a new deal but may only be a short term (1 year) one - both pla...

Congratulations Jamie Reid
Haven’t seen it published anywhere yet ... but we were also informed last night at the “Champions” evening by Gary Johnson that Jamie Reid, Asa Hall and Kyle Cameron have all made it into the National League South Team of the Season.
