The Final 15 Games
I do not think I am biased when I say we are without doubt the outstanding team in National League South. Yesterday we were clinical against Oxford City and our recent record is superb. In the last 13 games we have won 11, drawn 1, and lost one at Bath City. 34 points out of 39 is fantastic. With 15...

Torquay United v Oxford City 26/1/19
In August the pitch was wonderful to behold. The best I have ever seen. 80% of the reason for the deterioration is the ground share with Truro City. 20% is that there are 4 small areas in front the Bench were the drainage may be at fault still. I could be wrong but no doubt someone will tell me if I...

MOTM - Oxford City
Andrews. Great response from Jake. Loved his goal direct from a corner. This was not a fluke. Davis. Amazing tackle to deny their leading scorer. Hall. He is involved all the time. Perpetual motion. Reid.2 goals and 2 assists. Another very good performance.18 League goals Janneh. So quick and tricky...

Torquay United v Oxford City 26/1/19
Oxford City have today sold their best player to Forest Green Rovers.
His name is Godwin- Malife and he got a two and a half year contract so suggests they will miss him.Good timing from our point of view.

MOTM - Bath
Asa Hall. My MOTM. I watched him intently when Andrews insisted on taking the penalty. As Captain I expected him to intervene. He did not. Why? Jamie Reid. Worked hard as usual but Bath defended very well. Liam Davis. Consistently good. Saikou Jenneh. Ran and ran but not his day.I was very close when...

I just had a look at the Bath City Website re Maximum Gate.
Hidden away ( click Club first then Information) it says well down the Page Limit 3,528.
I believe Plainmoor is about 6,300.
Ground Record in 1960 at Twerton Park was over 18,000!!

Bath have only conceded 21 goals in 26 games.
So looking forward to next saturday.
Our 10 consecutive wins have seen us score 31 goals and we look so dangerous going forward.
0-2 to United.

Bought 4 tickets this morning at 9.35am. Very friendly staff. Just one point. Signage at Plainmoor. A real puzzle! The website says buy your tickets from Reception. However Reception is actually the Club Shop!! It was closed. So i was advised by a passer by to "go to the brown door" which ...

Just listened to a 12 minute interview with Neil Baker Slough Manager on the Slough Official Website.
Very complimentary about United. Gives a very detailed assessment of the Red Card for Ben Harris.
Worth a listen.

Sometimes it is not about money. It is about wanting to help your Club because it is dear to your heart. If I won £10 million on the Lottery I would buy Torquay United and accept that I would certainly lose money UNLESS I got very lucky. However the thrill of owning the Club I have supported since I...

My logic Teigngull is that Slough do not score many goals and we are due a clean sheet.

Yes arcadia I believe they know one another very well.
Sometimes in Football it is experience and personality.
It may seem odd to use Man Utd as an example but Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could not be more different as people and the same goes for the two Garys.
