Gary Owers

My initial feelings regarding this appointment were underwhelming, but I am warming to it, especially after reading the aghast comments from supporters of Bath City. And, at least on the surface, these appointments have come after a thorough recruitment process (although it wouldn't surprise me to f...

Gary Owers

My initial gut feeling was one being underwhelmed - not who I was hoping for.

However, read the comments on Bath's forum and website plus the inclusion of a very well qualified Martin Kuhl and it just may be better than other possibilities. It may just be better than first thought.

Gary Owers

If it does turn out to be Owers then I suspect there is a link somewhere with Harrop. Adie Britton has been involved to some degree at Plainmoor - not sure if he is still with Bath but such an appointment would strike me as just as cosy as those Harrop was slating. We wait for four weeks and we end ...

This guy did cross my mind when looking at teams with managers and I thought, surely not.

This would put me in the underwhelmed camp

You could perhaps write to (or even visit) Clarke Osborne here:

Chalfont Lodge, Stanton Wick, Bristol, BS39 4DB

A win tonight and perhaps we'll get the good news tomorrow, that after a long search for the best man for the job, they've decided on Robbie Herrera after all.

This was the email Michael sent out to all members. Every single supporter of TUFC should heed his words - especially those who fall for the denigrating of TUST, those who fall for the undermining from David Thomas and those who fell for the deliberate misleadings of the previous board. Email below:...

I'm staggered to read this and saddened that Michael feels he cannot carry on. A really big loss for TUST, and if only they knew it, the supporters of TUFC. At what other club would supporters rail against the very organisation that seeks to promote and protect their interests? The forelock-tuggers ...

Now that David Thomas is pushing the fact that Robbie Herrera's TWO points out of 15 is a 'good job', how long before this interim arrangement is confirmed as a longer-term 'interim arrangement'? The club have this old fossil in their pocket. If Thomas had any gumption about him, he'd be rocking thi...

they were hoping a big enough name would sign up but I strongly suspect, as most applicant would have asked questions, (some of them may well have read our forums.) that some just ran. Leaving them with egg on their faces and only the cheap options. they seem to think running a football club is che...

If a miracle does happen and an announcement is made tomorrow then presumably the new bloke won't have any input into preparing for the Bromley game. So that would be 6 games played without any manager over a period of time spanning nearly a month. You have to hand it to GI, they like playing the l...

If the fans were running the club would it have taken 3 weeks to appoint a new manager!? No; but I suspect they might well have opted for a 'Hargreaves/Nicholson type of character. I'm not sure that would necessarily be the case, especially if you look at the Exeter model. When Inglethorpe (who was...

Come on guys a few people are just trying to lighten the mood and doom and gloom. It just comes from the fact we are all just pissed off, frustrated, annoyed, exasparated, fed up and dumb founded by the situation. Just like the song titles and coach in flames threads. We are all feeling the same it...
