i was at the game on saturday and i am afraid to say that no-one played well except bobby and i think even he could have positioned himself better for a couple of goals. when i say no-one i mean no-one. just because some players apologise on twitter, throw their arms around in frustration on the pit...

totally agree on your point about the defensive strategy . i cant remember seeing a tackle from a non defensive player. but then heres not many from the defence either!!!!

thats all i'm afraid. i actually cant believe that the players mentioned in the above posts other than olejnik got into mom is beyond belief !! and yes i was at the game.

all this debate about players trying and being passionate about the club intrigues me. it seems to me that some players are trying hard because they run round like headless chickens and look busy it seems to me that some players are giving 100% because thay have one good little run in the match but ...

we are also weak in midfield and attack. yesterday our defence had no protection from our central midfield pairing at all and dont get me started on our attacking options.

i dont think daniel leadbitter will be the answer to our defensive problems somehow .apparently he has pace but can he put in a tackle and have the guts and bottle to defend well enough is the quaestion. he wasnt even on the bench on saturday !! but i hope i am proved wrong
