A new manager may not guarantee succes but his appointment would be an indication that the board regard the current situation as unacceptable.

Contrary to what some have said hurling abuse is not a latter day phenomenon. I can remember in the 1970s certain players being picked on by the mini stand faithful. Also attacks on emergency workers have been going on for decades certainly since the 1980s. Doesn't make it acceptable but its nothing...

At the beginning of this season that result would have been unimaginable. No excuses we aren't going up this season.
