Gus signs
Fairly quiet in here. Considering the importance of this signing for TUFC. Well done 'Gus, delighted you've signed up. Really respect that you avoided picking up a yellow card at a vital stage of our season & how well you performed. Keep that up next season and earn a big money move with that co...

Kevin Nicholson - 3 year contract
I'd say well done, but it's the right decision. Chuffed to have Kev signed up for 3 years, now let's get onto MacDonald, Butler, Blissett, Young, Racchi, Smith etc & who better to do this than Nicho. Thought the news of Steve Breed's departure was lacking a bit of class. No thank you & one s...

Credit where credit is due..
He has done more than enough to warrant being the manager of TUFC next season, regardless of how the season pans out. His first managerial job, a club with no finances, having to shift players before adding to Paul Cox's pony team, with disruptive characters like James Hurst &Tyrone Marsh or the...

Torquay United v Braintree Tue-8th
Avoiding a defeat will suffice on Tuesday. We can all relate to a time, that potential banana skin, when Torquay have been flying high & come unstuck against a lowly team who have found a bit of form. Braintree will not look forward to facing a team at the wrong end of the table, away from home,...

Boreham Wood v Torquay
Kick the Fa Trophy into touch.
A right sided midfielder aside, the 11 that played today should be wrapped in cotton wool until the seasons end.

Will Joma still be producing the kits for next season?
I don't remember the length of the deal they signed.

Yes chunkyGull. Like the look of that Torquay surridge kit, yellow socks an all.
I do like WBA's old shirt. Change it slightly in your mind. Yellow as the main, white pin stripes and blue on a part of the arm/shoulders & voilà .
Failing that a reinvigorated 93/94 Torquay match winner kit please.

Briscoe Terminated
Not a surprise to anyone, this.
He's not been in the team and when he's had a chance, he hasn't taken it.
The club cannot afford passengers, which he appeared to be. Reinvest the wages and you could get two extra bodies of sufficient quality. Ala Wright, Ajala or Blissett.
Hope it pays off

Will you go to Truro games next season?
Wouldn't question anyone's motives for going to watch another football team. Be it a one off, or every game when Torquay are away.
I don't imagine that it'd have any further financial gain for Torquay. All income would go to Truro.
Each to there own though. Some just want to take in live football.
