There simply cannot be any financial 'value' in the club. That's why I will treat any bid not based on a not for personal profit / long term fan ownership model with high suspicion. The only comfort is the Council have stood firm and hopefully done enough to see off property developer con artists.

Should make at least one decision a bit easier for the administrators!
