The Trust

Admiral, Perhaps you haven't seen Matt Gorman's post on page 2 of this thread? He is TUST treasurer and I'm sure that he can add more if what you see isn't enough.

smw1989, I don't know you but comments such as yours show you up for what you are rather than anything else.

In my book such statements have no place in this forum. If you want to criticise, fair enough but do so in a constructive way.

The Trust

TUST members will now know that Michael Goulbourne has just resigned as chairman for personal reasons. I was involved actively with TUST a few years ago and still help with the annual accounts so I know how much Michael has put in to an often thankless task. He took over at a stage when TUST was eff...

Torquay v Wrexham Match Day Thread 9/9/17

I hold up my hand as it was my quote as follows "but it does feel just a little as if a corner has been turned" that has created some reaction.

I still feel the same way this morning, call me happy clappy, call me what you will as I was there to see the match but I still stick to my comment.

Torquay v Wrexham Match Day Thread 9/9/17

Merse, it isn't a matter of being satisfied with it, but it does feel just a little as if a corner has been turned. After all, however good or bad Wrexham were, they lie third in the table one point off the top spot. Even if they weren't exactly hanging on at the end they were the team delaying and ...

Will you be boycotting on Saturday?

Well, even allowing for the 21 boycotters and 250 or so from Wrexham, the crowd was up on last week by some 300 locals.

YorkieAndy, I think that you ought to look up the meaning of memorandum and articles of association of any company.

There is a relationship with the shareholders but nothing formal in this case, as far as I know, with the customers. He doesn't HAVE to respond at all.

Torquay v Chester. 2/9/17 Match day thread

Gilbert isn't injured. I had a chat with him the other day and I'm sure that he'll fill one place.

Any ideas for the other ten?

Don't worry be happy!

Come on now folks, in years to come those of us who will live that long will be sitting in our rocking chairs with our grandchildren at our feet telling them how we used to be the laughing stock of the footballing world.

Dave The only point of disagreement that I have with you is your use of the word 'up'. It's a sad fact that the club has been in a downward spiral for that period. Trying to see my cup as half full rather than half empty (or even too damned large), we are clearly at a crossroads. I trust that the la...

From memory (no doubt someone can check it out) it would appear that we are matching York's record last season. I just hope that I'm wrong.
