Club Accounts Overdue

I see that Jon on TFF has noted that the clubs accounts are overdue to HMRC. Another step in the 5 year plan?

Final Day Early KO Reminder (12:15)

Just a reminder to all that the Ferriby game kicks off at 12:15 - this slipped my mind until yesterday evening and would affect anyone coming from outside Torbay.

Fingers crossed we're still in the hunt after Dover and it's a good crowd up there.

Torquay v Braintree Easter Monday

It took about two minutes from the ball hitting the net to the goal being disallowed. My own opinion is that it was offside, but the manner of the decision was plain bizarre.

Re the net - the keeper pushed Young through the net, which caused the altercation with the fan.

Jeez, you get the impression that some would rather sit and watch the world burn (or in this instance, the club fold) rather than do anything about it.

Guardian Article On Torquay

Sorry Rich, I disagree. As said, the local media have been nothing short of woeful at covering the situation. I am delighted that it has hit the headlines - it has got the message out there. I do not see it as self-promotion. If anything it has created more energy as more people are aware of it now....

No, I completely understand why they have done it, however that doesn't mean it can't be seen as cynical.

Aldershot v Torquay 8/4/17

Are we certain it was even cramp? I can't recall if it was Young or Chaney but it looked like both went off with muscular strains rather than just 'cramp'. Very frustrating as I feel we more than matched them - I expected a lot more than them but it was us who looked more likely to win. Earlier in t...

Would a protest march work? Meet at a certain place (perhaps Babbacombe Downs) and walk over to the ground. Obviously it was a different thing but I always remember marching to Wembley with about 150 other Gulls. Banners, flags, a drum and a large number would turn heads.

GI the Death of TUFC as we know it

I almost don't care about on the field, our lads try but they are simply not good enough to play at this level, that's not their fault, we are working to a joke of a budget and this is all we can afford. Can't believe it's got to this. This. It is of paramount importance that we retain Plainmoor. I...

Who would you want instead? As I've said before, lets offer some alternatives that can be discussed rather than assuming everything will be fine and dandy if Nicholson is removed.

Torquay Utd V Sutton Utd 25/02

That is undefendable. Every player bar Luke Young needs to have a hard look at themselves tonight. I was looking forward to seeing a line up without Richards in the middle too - unfortunately we completely choked it. I am incensed by that. The board of owners couldn't care less, and their attitude i...
