Jamie Ndah! I never thought I'd hear that name again. Certainly in the Top 20 all-time useless United players.

Torquay v Gateshead

I'll go for a draw. Thus:

Torquay United (0) 0
Gateshead (0) 0

Too cold for a big crowd, thus: 1398.

THE REAL GREAT ESCAPE, BRYN THE POLICE DOG ETC, 30 YEARS ON. (Has much really changed.)

GILBERT's performances.

As my only way of being at Plainmoor these days is via the TUFC Official TV clips of each home match, and although I notice that GILBERT takes a regular part in pre- and post- match proceedings, I wonder if contributors can give me a more detailed update. Does GILBERT appear at half-time and take pa...

Tranmere Rovers v Torquay United 9/12/17

There may be the possibility of a point and, with three clean sheets recently, I shall predict the following:

Tranmere Rovers (0),0
Torquay United (0) 0

Att: 5108.

FA Trophy First Round

No: the REAL Great Escape was on the last day of the season in 1987 when we survived thanks to a last minute (injury time) goal by Paul Dobson against Crewe Alexandra. Just ask anyone who was there!!

FA Trophy First Round

As a Whitby Town supporter (remember, only two leagues below United) I feel a little cross about the attitude towards the Trophy. Here, we would give anything for a good Trophy run (we failed at the first hurdle - again!). It isn't 'tinpot' or 'of less importance', believe me.
