I'd like to see the playoff system whereby, if you finish "bottom" of the playoff positions, you play the team above you. Whichever team wins that game plays the team above, and finally you have the final against the team that finished top of the playoffs positions. Seems the fairest way - that way ...

The academy shut down in 2015. We signed Charlie duke in 2016 from St. Helens town. So how was he part of our academy?
He was at Torquay prior to going to St Helens, and then came back to sign on as a "pro"
